Tired of the same old Fitness routines? Bored running on a track or Tred Mill? Mountain fit is a fitness program for athletes looking to take their fitness to the next level.

What does the Program Consist of?

2 Mile run through one of our Local Trails

4 Different plyometric stations set up every Half Mile.

With a combination of Distance running, Speed/Power plyometrics and upper body resistance training, this program is for athletes of who already have a solid foundation of cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
